LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Your Big Green Egg cutlery is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship based on typical home use by the original retail purchaser from the date of original purchase and one-year thereafter. The original proof of purchase is needed in order to obtain warranty benefits. If your cutlery should prove to be defective within one year, we will repair it or if we believe necessary, replace it, at no charge to you except for shipping and handling. To obtain warranty service please call our customer service line at 1-800-511-3045. To facilitate the speed and accuracy of your return please enclose $6.95 for shipping and handling of the product along with the original proof of purchase. Please also include a return address, description of product defect, phone number, and any other pertinent information.
Please pay by check or money order. For your protection we recommend you use a trackable, insured delivery service. Harrington Global LLC cannot be held responsible for in transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost or damaged products are not covered under this warranty. BGE Direct LLC cannot be held responsible for in transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us.


Lost or damaged products are not covered under this warranty. This warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse, and does not apply to scratches, discoloration, color variations, minor imperfections, stains, or other damage which does not impair the functionality of the cutlery. This warranty also expressly excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Any trademarks or service marks of third-parties used herein are the trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. In no event shall BGE Direct be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price.


WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE:

A valid proof of purchase receipt from BGEknives.com will be required to make a Warranty claim.
